Moon is a happy podenco puppy looking for his loving forever home. He has been raised by his mom in a foster home and still lives with his siblings and mom.

At Christmas Eve our volunteers took in a young female podenco and named her Clara. In January 2026 she was taken to the first vet check, and it was confirmed that she was pregnant. At the end of Jan Clara gave birth for 9 healthy puppies, Moon being one of them. All the puppies have had the privilege to grow up in a home and to be fed & raised by their mom.
Expected size:
The mother has a height of 52cm and weighs 12kg.
Moon is a sweet, sweet boy. He is best friends with Churro (who is reserved). They are often cuddled up together. He’s shy on the lead at the moment. Moon has a large hernia which will require surgery.
Now, Moon is ready to move to his forever home. He should start learning basics like house-training, walking on lead and, of course, he deserves all the one-on-one love and care that a young puppy needs.
